A member of the prestigious Castels chain, this popular resort is located opposite Carnac’s famous pre-historic standing stones – all 3,000 of them! La Grande Métairie boasts an exceptional array of top-class facilities, including a fantastic lagoon-style water complex, a full-sized football pitch and even its very own amphitheatre.

Activity is high on the agenda. The kids certainly won’t be bored with our Club Buzzy Bee running five days a week, while the resort’s own ‘animation’ team organises an impressive range of activities including water sports, football tournaments and weekly disco nights during high season.
Mum and dad will have plenty of time to relax and take in a game of tennis or enjoy a well deserved evening out at one of Carnac’s great restaurants.
